  • Discuss Buyer Agency (As your Buyer Agent we promise to honor Fiduciary duties of Care, Loyalty, etc.) 
  • Help determine your Needs & Desires in order to find you that Dream Home
  • Help determine your purchasing power & financing (Conventional, Govt, ARM, etc.) that best fits your needs and budget
  • Provide a Daily/weekly list of all available properties that meet your criteria through the MLS, Newspapers, Internet, etc. the day they hit the market
  • Schedule all appointments to preview homes of your choice
  • Answer all of your questions about the local market area, including schools, neighborhoods, the local economy, and more.
  • Help determine an acceptable contractual offer to insure you don't pay too much for your new home and help you avoid costly mistakes.
  • Make sure your aware of important contingencies (Property Inspections, Financing/Appraisal, HOA, Inclusions/Exclusions, etc.) that should be included in your contractual offer
  • Discuss Home Warranty Options
  • Help find a Title Co./Settlement Attorney
  • Schedule & coordinate all Real Estate related activities (meeting w/Lender, Inspection Companies, Settlement day,time & location, etc.)
  • Help w/finding Home Owner's Insurance
  • Remind you to contact moving and utility companies
  • Schedule a Pre-settlement Inspection
  • See you at Settlement!!! (These are some of the many activities that happen through a transaction...but you can be sure we'll be there to help from Day 1 to Settlement)

Before You Start Looking For Your New Home:

  • Check your credit rating. Straighten out any errors before its too late.
  • Determine a comfortable monthly budget for your new purchase, including down payment and monthly payment.
  • Find a loan program that meets your needs and get pre-qualified (preferably pre-approved).
  • Choose a REALTOR® that you trust and who understands your needs.
  • Determine what neighborhood best matches your needs.
  • Identify important features you need your new home to have.

Closing Costs to Expect:

  • Lender fees include charges for loan processing, underwriting, preparation and establishing an escrow account.
  • Third-party fees include charges for insurance, title search, and other inspections such as termites.
  • Government fees include deed recording and state & local mortgage taxes.
  • Escrow and interest fees include homeowner's insurance, loan interest, real estate taxes, and occasionally private mortgage insurance.
